How Engagements Typically Begin
Most engagements begin with a short discovery conversation, typically 20 to 30 minutes. We will ask about your vessel, the scope of work you are considering, your timeline, and what concerns you most. From there, we can discuss whether and how KEY Marine Advisors can help, and what that would look like in practice.
Engagements range from focused project reviews and milestone oversight to full-time on-site representation. We scope each engagement to match what the project actually requires.
There are no standard packages, no minimum project sizes, and no offshore team handoffs. You work directly with Ken and his team.
